Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content and activity

• Illegal content or activity, or content that infringes others’ intellectual-property rights.
• Pirated or "cracked" Minecraft software, or disabling online-mode to enable piracy.
• Malware, phishing, or hosting files intended to harm others.
• Harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or other abusive content.

Platform abuse

• Attacking, scanning, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to Levyathan or other tenants.
• Escaping your server’s sandbox, or interfering with the host, networking, or other servers.
• Using a server primarily for non-Minecraft workloads (proxies, mining, mass computation, bulk traffic) or otherwise abusing shared CPU, memory, disk, or bandwidth.
• Circumventing quotas, hibernation, or other platform limits.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including throttling, suspending, or deleting servers or accounts. Where we can, we’ll give notice - but we may act immediately to protect the platform or others.
