Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Levyathan. If you are under 18 you confirm you have your guardian’s permission.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must verify your email address before you can create servers.

3. Minecraft EULA

Levyathan is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Running a Minecraft server requires accepting Mojang’s End User Licence Agreement and Commercial Usage Guidelines, which you accept when you create a server. You must not use Levyathan in any way that violates them.

4. Free beta and availability

Levyathan is currently a free, advertising-supported beta. Servers may hibernate when idle and wake on connect. We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee uptime, capacity, or that data will not be lost. Keep your own backups of anything important.

5. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts or servers that violate it, that abuse shared resources, or that put the platform or other users at risk.

6. Termination

You may delete your servers at any time, and may permanently delete your account - including all servers, files and backups - from your Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with or without notice where necessary to protect the service or other users. On termination your server data may be permanently deleted.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levyathan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes and contact
